Why Therapy?

Do I need therapy?

Every person experiences transition, stress, and struggles, and there is nothing wrong with seeking help to improve your life. Realizing you need help is a HUGE first step to a personal growth journey, and partnering with a therapist can make a difference. Therapy is appropriate for addressing grief, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, working through a life transition, stress management, marriage preparation, divorce, parenting issues, decision-making, body image issues, etc.

Not only can you build your coping strategies, but through therapy, you can learn to live a fulfilling life alongside symptoms as you work to alleviate them over time.
