support for your stressed nervous system
You’re living your life, feeling overall capable of doing all the things, but something still feels off. You aren’t always specifically anxious about anything, but there’s a feeling in your body that’s hard to ignore, and your breathwork or meditation isn’t cutting it (even though these are wonderful practices).
Are you hurrying out the door, hoping for all green lights on the way? Are you rushing around your kitchen like your pants are on fire for no reason? Are you moving through each day with your shoulders constantly shrugged?
Tension might be your middle name, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Feeling better is possible, and I’d love to help you figure out where to find more ease.
Anxiety Relief Coaching Can Help
I offer anxiety relief coaching as a standalone service for people who feel chronically tense or overwhelmed and want help creating a calmer, more sustainable way of living.
This is *not* therapy. (I offer therapy, too, but this is different.) Anxiety relief coaching offers practical tools that focus on *your* unique daily routine and how it interacts with your nervous system. There’s no diagnosis, deep trauma processing, or clinical treatment. We work collaboratively to determine what small, realistic adjustments might help things settle.
What is Anxiety Relief Coaching?
Many people understand anxiety intellectually but still feel “stuck” in fight-or-flight. This collaborative work views you as the expert of your life and looks at:
- How your daily rhythms (sleep, work, downtime, transitions) affect your nervous system
- Patterns that keep your body in a state of urgency or vigilance
- Where well-meaning coping strategies may actually be adding pressure
- How to build more regulation into your life without overhauling everything
- Determining an “ideal schedule” for you
- Helping de-program toxic productivity that keeps you stuck in fight-or-flight and not actually productive
The goal isn’t to eliminate stress — it’s to help your system spend more time feeling safe and resourced.
How Anxiety Relief Coaching Works
Most people start with one or two sessions:
- We look at what your days actually look like (not what they “should” look like)
- I help you identify nervous system stressors and supports
- You leave with clear, personalized tweaks you can start experimenting with right away
- We can continue to meet as needed, and I’m accessible between sessions for questions
Some clients choose to schedule an optional follow-up check-in to see what’s working, what’s not, and make adjustments.
There’s no long-term commitment required.
Who Could Benefit from Anxiety Relief Coaching?
This service may be a good fit if you:
- Feel anxious, wired, or chronically tense but aren’t seeking therapy
- Are recovering from burnout, prolonged stress, or a period of nervous system overload
- Want practical guidance without pathologizing your experience
- Are already in therapy and want additional day-to-day nervous system support
- Prefer a collaborative, non-shaming approach
Nervous system regulation isn’t about doing less or avoiding life. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to engage with life more fully.
What is the Cost of Anxiety Relief Coaching?
Most clients utilize this work as a supplement to therapy or as a standalone approach to improving well-being.
- $125 initial 60-min brainstorming session
- $100 per hour for additional sessions, 15-min minimum
I accept Venmo, credit cards, and HSA/FSA can be used for anxiety-specific coaching. Heck, I even accept bartering because I make my own rules.
Before we meet, you will complete a questionnaire to help guide our work together–I want to utilize the time together efficiently, and already knowing information about what brings you to this work.
Anxiety Relief Coaching vs. Anxiety Therapy
If you’re looking for diagnosis, treatment of a mental health condition, or trauma processing, therapy may be a better fit — and I’m happy to help you think that through. Coaching is not covered by insurance and is cash pay only–this allows me to be able to help clients outside the narrow scope of insurance-based care.
Therapy dives deeper into the root cause of anxiety and related trauma. Coaching helps you navigate real-time issues that impact your ability to regulate your anxiety and nervous system.
